Host was so kind, we got there and the ac wasn’t working, and they were very open in communication about if we needed a refund or find a new place to stay. We decided to stay and wait for repairs. They were there the next day and ac was repaired. House was great, location close to so much. Will definitely stay again

We had an overall good stay at this home to celebrate a family wedding. The home is located in a safe neighborhood, which we appreciated since we weren’t familiar with the area. There is road noise when sleeping in the front 2 bedrooms but nothing a fan didn’t help keep out. The host reached out prior to arrival to ensure that all vehicles were registered with the city to allow for unlimited street parking during our stay. The host was very responsive and communicated quickly leading up to and throughout our stay. The property itself was not quite as it appeared in the listing photos, and some areas of the exterior could benefit from some upkeep and maintenance. The fire pit area and back porch seating area need updated pictures. The interior has a few cosmetic repairs that need fixing. While these issues did not impact our stay, they are worth noting for future guests. If it is important to you, the house doesn't have a washer and dryer onsite but has a laundromat nearby. This did not matter to our trip but wanted to make a note if it is important to you when renting a home. Overall, we had a positive experience and would return to the property in the future! Great place run club on mondays

Host was very kind and helpful. House is in a historic area with a very nice neighborhhod featurung fine restaurants and casual dining, however at night it was very noisy and we did not feel safe at all times. There was a fight in the middle of the night in front of the house. The secrity is minimal. Some windows on the property do not have locks and are easily accessed from the street and deck as the fence around the property is falling apart. The house could be very charmig but had a bad odor and we had allergic reactions to dust, mildew or mold. I would recommend the host but not the property until these issues have been addressed.

Loved the house and especially the location. Took full advantage of the wonderful restaurants and bakeries that were in easy walking distance. Perfect rental for our family!
