The townhouse was clean but showing evidence of wear and aging. The kitchen appliances were in very good condition and we used the refrigerator and toaster only. The location was ideal for our needs and we were able to visit establishments that were very familiar to us. I recommend replacing the rugs in the living area and the bedroom with the TV. They appear to be worn and dirty.

Condo was clean and all amenities needed for a great swim meet weekend at the TAC. The host has excellent communication.
