Property was nice for a 1920’s house. Which means old wiring and uneven floors, but also means character. Very comfortable beds and great water pressure in showers. The front and back yard needs some attention, but owners are aware. Very nice walking around the area of Historic Oakwood. And across the street from Hot and Now!! What more could you want!!

Had a great stay. Beautiful historic home. Owners were right on it with a couple small issues. VERY responsive. Was very close to all the venues we were going to. If i ever go with a big crowd again, i would definitely stay here again.

great place in a great location
we stayed for 3 nights and got both sides of the duplex. the neighborhood is great and walkable to many local restaurants and downtown.
the host was very responsive. we would definitely stay again
