Village District Retreat Near NC State

We had a wonderful 10 day stay! The house was extremely clean and comfortable. The location can’t be beat. Short walking distance to restaurants, grocery and shops. Be sure to walk over to the Raleigh Rose Garden while there. It’s a perfect house for your pups, too! We enjoyed the front porch and backyard with him!Just beautiful! Would definitely stay again!!

Perfect for our family to celebrate our graduate! Close to everything - shops, grocery, restaurants all within walking distance. Made our stay in Raleigh feel like we were at home (OH, TN, and western NC)!!

The home is lovely, a very nice size and had everything we needed. The location is great, very convenient to groceries, shopping, restaurants, and parks. My family and I frequently took the 3 min walk to Isabella Cannon park for some play time. My only wishes were that the front porch had been cleaned off of dirt and pollen prior to our arrival and that the washing machine had been cleaned. I wanted to do laundry, but found that the washer had a lot of mold/mildew and buildup. Both of these issues are understandable, and can certainly be remedied. The issue with the washer can so easily happen to front loader washers, especially if the door can’t be left open, so I absolutely understand the problem developed. I bought and used some washing machine cleaner, but I would suggest the owner or property manager address this so the next visitors don’t have a similar issue. Overall, though, the home was great, my family loved it, and it met our needs. Thank you for a great stay!

Quiet and comfortable! Loved the gated front covered porch, perfect for the warmer days and our dogs could enjoy too. Fenced backyard great too. Literally right next to a beautiful rose garden park and amphitheater. Great walking path. Stores and restaurants a 5 minute walk. Highly recommend.

Well appointed amenities and very close to NC Sate campus. Nice walk to local restaurants.
